The Medium Cheese Board

This board feeds 8 and comes on a 14x10” rectangular disposable board.

The Medium includes the following:

• Variety of 4 types of cheeses, 4oz per cheese. We include cow’s milk, sheep’s milk and goat’s milk cheeses on all boards. Toscano, manchego, Boursin, and Prairie Breeze cheddar are included as standard on this board. 
• 3 types of Volpi meats: Genoa salame (6 oz), Peppered salame sliced medallions (4 oz), and Pepperoni nuggets (4 oz). 
• A variety of olives, fruits, nuts, preserves and honey.
• Crackers included on the side.

*All recommended serving sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as the main meal, consider going a size up.
