The Medium Cheese Board

This board feeds 8 and comes on a 14x10” rectangular disposable board.

The Medium includes the following:

• Variety of 4 types of cheeses, 4oz per cheese. We include cow’s milk, sheep’s milk and goat’s milk cheeses on all boards. 
• 3 types of Volpi meats: Genoa salame (6 oz), Peppered salame sliced medallions (4 oz), and Pepperoni nuggets (4 oz). 
• A variety of olives, fruits, nuts, preserves and honey.
• Crackers included on the side.

*All recommended serving sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as the main meal, consider going a size up.
